City of Refuge Baltimore (CORB) is a compassionate, faith-based organization operating in South Baltimore. We are dedicated to transforming the lives of individuals and families facing profound socio-economic hardships. Through a range of services like nutrition, workforce training, housing support, youth empowerment, and anti-trafficking initiatives, CORB guides individuals from crisis to self-sufficiency. Embracing a community-centric approach, we refer to beneficiaries as “neighbors” and volunteers as “Hope Dealers,” highlighting your commitment to service and positive societal change.
