Mission: To provide seniors with opportunities for personal growth and development.
Bykota is not only the acronym that represents Be Ye Kind One To Another, but also the spirit that embodies the Bykota membership. The Bykota Senior Center was established in 1962 in the Towson Fire Hall and has relocated several times until 1983, when it was moved to its present location, formerly the site of Towson High School. A growing membership of 1800, this year the highest among Baltimore County Senior Centers, is a testament to the vitality, programs and commitment of our membership, volunteers, and staff.
