The Citizens Review Board for Children (CRBC) is a Maryland state agency made up of volunteer board members who review foster care cases and advocate for the safety, permanency, and well-being of children involved in the child welfare system.
What We Do
The Maryland Citizens Review Board for Children conduct case reviews of children in out of home care, make timely individual case and systemic recommendations; and advocate for legislative and systematic child welfare improvements to promote safety and permanency.
