At Maryland New Directions (MND), our clients participate in team-based projects that build confidence, communication, and collaboration skills. Your feedback helps bring it all together. 

What You'll Do 

Observe team presentations and evaluate overall performance using a structured evaluation guide. Assess whether teams gathered and presented all required information for their project phaseProvide feedback on professionalism, including attire and overall presentation presenceEvaluate delivery—were presenters prepared, organized, engaging, and enthusiastic?Look for teamwork—did each team member contribute meaningfully to the presentation? Assess communication skills—voice projection, eye contact, and audience engagementNote presentation habits—did presenters rely too heavily on slides or read directly rather than engage? Evaluate ownership of content—did the team present confidently as if they represented the company, using language like "we" and "our"?Deliver collective feedback to the group, highlighting strengths and offering constructive tips for improvement in the next phase.
