This role enhances learning experiences across Business, Education, Arts, Community, and Health (B.E.A.C.H.) while helping maintain safe, engaging, and supportive environments for youth participants. Enrichment Specialists work under the supervision of ECFINC staff and in accordance with Baltimore County youth-serving standards.
