Dayspring, Inc.

Mission: To support and promote children’s total development (i.e., their optimal spiritual, intellectual, emotional, social, and physical functioning) and to assist them in being and becoming productive, giving members of society.

Dayspring, Inc., founded in 1982 and located in the Park Heights/Pimlico community, focuses on improving education and schooling outcomes. Dayspring, Inc. develops programs that serve as models for educating children who have not traditionally had access to high-quality educational settings.

Over 40 years in Park Heights, Dayspring, Inc. provides research-based Out-of-School Time (OST) programs targeting students in grades 3-12 attending neighborhood schools, offering high-quality programs and services supporting academic achievement and positive developmental outcomes for Baltimore’s children and youth.
