Empowering Minds Resource Center (EMRC) is a mental health organization based in Baltimore, Maryland, offering a wide range of community-based services aimed at improving the well-being of children, adolescents, and families.

Founded in 2006, EMRC provides therapeutic services such as individual therapy, group therapy, medication management, case management, and psychiatric rehabilitation. The center specializes in addressing mental health challenges using recovery-focused, person-centered models that emphasize the development of skills for coping, problem-solving, and socialization.
