Who We Are
Choo Smith Youth Empowerment Inc. (CSYE) is a nationally recognized nonprofit organization with over 20 years of impact, dedicated to empowering and strengthening the lives of the youth and families it serves. Founded by former Harlem Globetrotter and community leader Charles “Choo” Smith, CSYE delivers comprehensive, place-based programming rooted in a Whole Child approach.
