5K Run and 1K Walk at Gunpowder Falls State Park - Hammerman Area off Eastern Avenue near Ebenezer Road. Volunteers needed to help with set-up, registration, handing out shirts, at water stations, and as spotters along the course to call for assistance if someone needs transportation or medical help.
Charity Event to raise funds for the Chesapeake Bay Association and Sarah Hood Foundation to provide communities with assistance for litter clean-ups and dumpster days to keep trash out of the Bay and its tributaries, provide educational programs, and provide scholarships to deserving high school graduates for college or trade school tuition.
