2025 Baltimore County African American Cultural Festival

Baltimore County African American Cultural Festival, Inc., is a non-profit 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt organization which collaborates with community stakeholders in order to provide scholarships which empower Baltimore County students graduating from high school. In honoring our predecessors’ diverse traditions, we assist in the preservation of African American historical projects, and financially support many other charitable organizations throughout Baltimore County, Maryland.
