Our building is 100 years old.  It always has a long list of to do's.  Right now, top of the list is to weatherize several window AC units, repair a few screens...repair one toilet that leaks, another that takes forever and a day to flush...carefully pick apart a soft spot under the carpet to investigate its cause and possible remedies and repairs... repair steam damage to old plaster over brick wall, replace a ceiling light fixture,
