Description

You will be paired with a refugee youth (15-24 yo), the specifics of the mentorship role vary based on the goals and interests of the individual youth but tend to focus on exploring career and educational opportunities, identifying career pathways, assisting with the job search and application process, and setting short/long term goals.

Volunteer mentors and mentees typically meet virtually, and mentors spend 6-10 hours/month 

Mentees in this program speak various languages including but not limited to; English, Dari, Pashto, Arabic, Spanish, Tigrinya, Kiswahili, French, and Turkish.
