Description

You will be paired with a refugee youth (16-24yr), the specifics of the mentorship role vary based on the goals and interests of the individual youth but tend to focus on exploring career and educational opportunities, identifying career pathways, assisting with the job search and application process, and setting short/long term goals.

This position will be virtual or hybrid depending on a number of factors, and will require 6-10 hours a month for a minimum of 6 months.

Mentees in this program have various languages spoke including but not limited to; English, Spanish, Dari, Pashto, Turkish, Arabic, Swahili, Tigrinya, Kiswhili.
