Description

As a Social Media Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing Community 247’s Social Media strategy to increase our online presence and improve our marketing and engagement efforts. You will be working closely with the Marketing and Communications team.

Social Media Coordinator duties and responsibilities

  • Develop, implement and manage our social media strategies and campaigns
  • Define most important social media KPIs
  • Work with content specialists, web specialists and graphic designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
  • Manage and oversee social media content
  • Measure the success of every social media campaign
  • Keep abreast of the latest social media best practices, platforms and technologies
  • Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
  • Communicate with industry professionals and influencers via social media to create a strong network
  • Provide constructive feedback

 

Social Media Coordinator requirements and qualifications

  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, X(Twitter), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok and other social media platforms and best practices
  • Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
  • Good understanding of social media KPIs
  • Excellent multi-tasking skills
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
  • Interest in Marketing or similar relevant field.
