Role Overview
The Website Developer / Manager is a skilled volunteer who supports Evolve Community Foundation, Inc. (ECFINC) by maintaining, updating, and improving the organization’s website. This role helps ensure that ECFINC’s online presence is accurate, accessible, user-friendly, and aligned with the organization’s mission, programs, and branding.
The Website Developer / Manager works collaboratively with ECFINC leadership and program staff and does not engage in direct or unsupervised youth supervision.
Roles & Responsibilities

Maintain and update website content, including program information, events, and volunteer opportunities

Support website functionality, usability, and accessibility best practices

Assist with basic design updates to ensure consistent branding and clear navigation

Manage site pages, forms, links, and integrations as needed

Troubleshoot basic technical issues and coordinate solutions with staff or vendors

Support updates related to grants, reports, and community communications

Ensure website content aligns with ECFINC policies, privacy standards, and ethical guidelines
Qualifications & Expectations

Experience or interest in web development, web design, or website management

Familiarity with website platforms such as WordPress, Squarespace, Wix, or similar

Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or content management systems is a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines

Willingness to collaborate and receive feedback from ECFINC staff
