Approach
Central to ECF's strategy is the B.E.A.C.H. Life Track to Success and Purpose Community Operating System, designed to inspire and encourage community members to live a life characterized by integrity, perseverance, respect, and non-violence. This system utilizes guiding principles and the D.I.K.I.W. (Data, Information, Knowledge, Intelligence, and Wisdom) Hierarchy model to help individuals process and internalize information effectively, fostering personal and communal growth.
