Photographers for Superhero Support Inc. include anyone who snaps a photo to document our missions. Photographers must:
- Capture authentic moments at events
- Maintain equipment (phone or camera) readiness
- Adhere to SSI/HIPAA privacy and confidentiality standards
- Upload all photos to designated platforms within one week of the event
- Attend at least 4 events per year
- Be supportive of our costumed frontline volunteers
- Interact appropriately with your teammates and the children/families/nonprofits that we support
- Represent SSI positively in all interactions

| Inclement Weather Plan: We notify volunteers via text at least 2 hours ahead of time when an event is canceled due to inclement weather or other issue. We cancel any outdoor event when a situation threatens our volunteers' heath/safety or the condition of our costumes. | |
