Job Description: Lee Lee Kiddz is seeking enthusiastic and reliable volunteers to support our youth sports programs throughout the school year and during seasonal leagues. This is a great opportunity for parents, students, aspiring coaches, or community members to get involved, give back, and make a difference in the lives of Baltimore youth. Volunteers will assist in one or more of the following roles:
1. Volunteer Coach Help lead and mentor youth athletes in sports such as flag football, basketball, soccer, kickball, and more. Responsibilities: Lead practices and games (1–2 days per week) Teach basic skills, teamwork, and sportsmanship Communicate with players and parents Create a safe and fun learning environment
2. Field Manager Ensure all game-day and practice-day logistics run smoothly. Responsibilities: Set up and break down equipment Organize field layout and team transitions Assist with team check-ins and scheduling Monitor safety and field conditions
3. Stat Taker Track in-game statistics to support player development and highlight key moments. Responsibilities: Record performance stats (goals, assists, touchdowns, etc.) Work closely with coaches and media team Help prepare awards and recognition based on performance
4. General Volunteer Support wherever needed to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities: Help with registration and check-ins Distribute water, snacks, and gear Assist with crowd management and clean-up Support special events and award ceremonies
Requirements: Must be dependable and professional Comfortable working with children ages 5–14
Able to pass background check
