For seniors throughout Central Maryland, we do more than deliver nutritious meals. We provide support and safety-net services that help sustain health, promote independence, maintain economic stability, and improve overall quality of life.
The Teen Ambassador Program (TAP) provides leadership experience, professional development skills, and service hours to incoming 9th-12th graders. Through TAP, participants learn about non-profits, advocacy, and using their personal voice. They participate in hands-on service in our kitchen and a final project to help further the mission of Meals on Wheels. Learning sessions and volunteering takes place at our main office in Highlandtown: 515 S. Haven Street, Baltimore, MD 21224.
