Economic mobility is one of the cornerstones of AHC's Resident Services program. In Baltimore we are partnering with Baltimore City Community College to create a hub for GED classes for our 5 Baltimore Communities (Monteverde, Madeira, Greenspring Overlook, Barclay Greenmount and Union Rowe). We are looking for volunteers to support the GED classes in July & August.
- Mondays & Tuesdays, July 13 - August 18
- Volunteer shifts are 5-7pm and 7-9pm, if you can stay for the whole shift, you'll have time to break and eat so bring dinner or enjoy our snacks
- Volunteers can help one time or weekly
- Assist the instructor by passing out and collecting class materials and cleaning and organizing equipment; Assist participants with navigating online coursework, device login, app/website/portal navigation.
