Join our community of hundreds of Volunteer Child Advocates across the country who provide accompaniment to unaccompanied immigrant children and youth, and advocate for their rights and best interests while in government custody.
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Speak Spanish
- We ask they have access to a car to get to meetings with the child
- Attend an Information Session
- Complete an interview
- Attend a 2-day Training
We will be hosting an in-person training on September 12th and 13th in Washington, DC. But we need of volunteers in Baltimore. If they are unable to attend the training, please still recommend that they apply, as we will have more training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats.
