The American Red Cross is in need of Fleet Maintenance Volunteers. These volunteers play an important role in keeping the American Red Cross rolling along and operating smoothly! Volunteers are needed to help maintain and track multiple vehicles kept at the Baltimore office (4700 Mt Hope Drive, Baltimore MD 21215).
Responsibilities:
- Take vehicles for maintenance and repair appointments
- Take vehicles for emissions testing
- Coordinate cleaning of vehicles
- Place new registrations and stickers as needed
- Replace Insurance paperwork in vehicles as needed
- Replace Element cards in vehicles as needed
- Chapter Vehicles/Community Vehicles:
- Inspect for damage
- Verify vehicle is in designated location
- Move/relocate vehicles as needed
Time Commitment:
Flexible schedule! 1-2 days per week on Monday-Fridays; 2-3 hours per day.
Qualification:
- Must be a licensed driver with 3 years safe driving record.
