Mock Interviews

At Maryland New Directions, we are always looking for professionals who are willing to give back to their community. Become a Mock Interviewer and help job-seeking clients of MND practice their self-marketing skills during employment training. We have all experienced the angst of preparing for and communicating during an interview. During the mock interviews, clients learn how to interview, build confidence and feel a sense of accomplishment in completing their specialized job training. Mock Interviews are held on select Thursdays from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. How It Works: Mock Interviewers arrive at 9:00 am for a 30-minute orientation Conduct interviews for 3 to 5 clients Complete a brief feedback form for each client Participate in a group panel to share general feedback and answer client questions
