The Enrichment Specialist supports Evolve Community Foundation, Inc.’s youth and community programs by assisting with structured enrichment activities aligned with the B.E.A.C.H. Life Track to Success and Purpose Community Operating System™. This role enhances learning experiences across Business, Education, Arts, Community, and Health (B.E.A.C.H.) while helping maintain safe, engaging, and supportive environments for youth participants.
Enrichment Specialists work under the supervision of ECFINC staff and in accordance with Baltimore County youth-serving standards.
Roles & Responsibilities
Assist with the delivery of structured enrichment activities and group learning experiences
Support academic enrichment, creative arts, wellness, and community-based activities
Help prepare program spaces, materials, and supplies before and after sessions
Encourage positive participation, teamwork, and respectful behavior among youth
Reinforce ECFINC’s guiding principles, including respect, accountability, and non-violence
Support staff with transitions, attendance, and general program flow
Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and follow all youth safety protocols
Communicate concerns or observations to supervising staff promptly
Volunteers must adhere to all ECFINC policies and Baltimore County requirements.
