Evolve Community Foundation, Inc. (ECFINC) is a Baltimore-based nonprofit organization rooted in community, equity, and service. We are a mission-driven team of educators, mentors, wellness practitioners, volunteers, and community partners committed to strengthening youth, families, and neighborhoods across Baltimore County.
ECFINC brings together lived experience, professional expertise, and trusted community relationships to deliver trauma-informed, healing-centered programs that support lifelong success.

Evolve Community Foundation, Inc. (ECFINC) designs and delivers trauma-informed, healing-centered programs that support youth, families, and communities across Baltimore County. Our work focuses on building long-term, sustainable community wealth while improving quality of life through education, wellness, and positive community engagement.
We operate using the B.E.A.C.H. Life Track to Success and Purpose Community Operating System™, a holistic framework that integrates five core pillars:
Business – Financial literacy, workforce readiness, entrepreneurship, and life skills
Education – Academic support, enrichment, and college and career readiness
Arts – Creative expression, confidence-building, and cultural engagement
Community – Leadership development, civic engagement, mentoring, and service
Health – Physical, mental, emotional, and social wellness practices
Through after-school programs, enrichment activities, wellness experiences, environmental and outdoor education, and community events, ECFINC creates safe, structured spaces where participants develop character, resilience, and purpose. Our programs emphasize non-violence, respect, accountability, and positive decision-making.
